Description

The Kromschroder DG 6U-6T pressure switch is designed for equipping industrial equipment: fans, air conditioning systems, and boiler plants. It monitors overpressure, negative pressure, and differential pressure in the process of automatic flow regulation. Manufactured in accordance with class “S” according to EN1854. Easy, smooth adjustment of the switching point is carried out by rotating the handwheel.

Main parameters and features:

  • working environment: air, gas, including methane obtained biologically (H2S content < 0.1%);
  • membrane sensor-relay, without the use of silicone;
  • high switching accuracy;
  • pressure adjustment in the range of 0.4-6 mbar;
  • for industrial equipment with gas/air pressure not exceeding 0.1 bar;
  • compact size, simple installation into the system on threaded connections;
  • reliable design, materials of the housing and structural elements: gas-tight PBT plastic reinforced with fiberglass, AlSi 12 alloy;
  • elastic membrane, responding to changes in pressure, made of NBR rubber, resistant to gas composition and low-temperature operation;
  • electrical connection: DIN connector;
  • smooth adjustment of the switching point with a handwheel with a digital scale;
  • dust and moisture protection level of the housing class IP 54;
  • place for connecting a pressure control device;
  • wide range of operating temperatures: -20...+80 °C;
  • installation horizontally, vertically (preferred).

The gas and air pressure switches have been tested and certified according to EG-Baumuster. They comply with European standards of reliability and safety.
