Description

Kromschroder DG40VC1-6W/B pressure switch, art: 75455243 – a sensor for continuous monitoring of discharge pressure in systems operating on air and flammable gases. It is characterized by a compact design, accurate triggering, a wide operating temperature range, a reliable construction, and ease of parameter adjustment. A disc with digital markings is located under the cover for manual adjustment.

Features:

  • Medium – natural gas, liquefied (gaseous), domestic gas, flue gas, air, biogas;
  • Version with a changeover contact;
  • Membrane sensor type, silicone-free;
  • For systems with gas pressure not exceeding 600 mbar;
  • Electrical connection – 4-pin DIN connector with socket;
  • Lower connection for valVario with base;
  • Protection against ingress of water and dust inside the housing to IP 54 standard;
  • Pressure nozzle on the connector side;
  • Die-cast base made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy (AlSi 12);
  • Housing made of glass fiber reinforced plastic PBT;
  • Material of the pressure-sensitive diaphragm – nitrile rubber NBR;
  • Precise, stable switching according to set parameters;
  • For ambient temperatures from -10 to +70 °C;
  • Manual regulator under the cover with digital setpoints;
  • Vertical or horizontal installation (with horizontal installation, the switching pressure shifts relative to the scale by ±0.2 mbar).

Application

The Kromschroder DG pressure switch is used to equip safety systems and automatic gas/air supply control. It is installed in boilers, heat generators and other industrial equipment.
