Description
The Kromschroder JSAV 25R40/1-3 safety shut-off valve provides reliable protection of gas valves installed behind the pressure regulating device against overpressure. Automatically cuts off the flow, interrupting the supply of gas to the burner, when set values are reached. Contributes to the safe and reliable operation of the heating equipment. Suitable for systems with a pressure of up to 4 bar. Tested and certified according to EG-Baumuster.

Valve design
The body is made of a corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant AISi alloy, the stem is made of stainless steel, and the locking plate is made of steel with a vulcanized NBR seal. The working membrane is made of NBR, the seat is made of an aluminum alloy. The materials of construction are resistant to the composition of gases, mechanical and temperature influences. Do not collapse during low-temperature operation.
Application
Kromschroder JSAV gas solenoid valves are used in systems consuming natural gas, household gas, liquefied gas (only gaseous form), biogas (H₂S < 0.1%), air. This is a necessary element of gas pressure regulation systems.
