Kromschroder VAS240R/NW Gas electromagnetic valve Plug connection

The Kromschroder VAS240R/NW gas electromagnetic valve with a plug connection, art: 88003418 – is a fast-acting shut-off valve for industrial installations with a maximum pressure of up to 500 mbar. It provides tight shut-off and resumption of gas supply in automatic regulation and flow control systems.

Features of the electromagnetic valve:

• electromagnetic normally-closed shut-off valve of class A, group 2 according to EN 161;
• fast opening (≤1 sec.), fast closing (≤ 1 sec.);
• for gas equipment with a pressure in the main line up to 500 mbar;

The electromagnetic valve has been tested and certified in the EU. It has FM and CSA approvals.

Application

Kromschroder VAS gas electromagnetic valves are used for natural gas, liquefied gas (only in gaseous form), biogas (H₂S ≤ 0.1%), air. The gas must be dry regardless of temperature conditions, the possibility of condensation must be excluded. The place of application is gas burners, furnaces, boilers and other gas-consuming devices used in metallurgy, aluminum, light industry, utilities, production of ceramics, glass products.
