Mini gas station Piusi CUBE 12V B.Smart 20 users, art: F00598A20 is equipped with an intelligent management system with separate applications for drivers and fleet managers. The autonomous column dispenses 56 liters of diesel fuel per minute, operating from a 12V battery. The ergonomic filling station includes everything necessary for dispensing and accounting for fuel.
New fuel dispensing management format
The automated fuel management system CUBE B.Smart is based on software that allows connecting the column to a mobile device application and a web version of the application in the cloud.
Refueling operations are carried out through a mobile driver application, and fuel movement control – through the cloud by the fleet manager. This format of a filling station allows you to efficiently manage a fleet of equipment from any remote point, monitor expense operations in real time.
Equipment of the Piusi CUBE B.Smart refueling module
The multi-user refueling station is assembled in a metal case with a gun holder, a lever for automatic pump start/stop. It is installed on a wall, pedestal, vehicle or other rigid support.
The column includes:
- a self-priming pump with a power of 300 W powered by a 12-volt source, with a bypass valve for uniform pressure distribution inside the system when the flow is blocked. The pump is mounted on anti-vibration supports to minimize noise levels;
- a bottom filter with a check valve that prevents the ingress of large particles of dirt that can cause equipment failure;
- an electronic meter with a measurement error of < 1%, calibration function;
- a 4-meter pressure hose with a diameter of 1 inch, with an automatic gun and a rotary coupling. The shut-off works automatically, preventing fuel overflow. The rotary joint provides free rotation of the hose, without kinks;
- a 4-meter power cable for connection to the car battery.
The suction line hose is purchased separately, taking into account the distance to the fuel tank.
The column is designed to operate at ambient temperatures of -10...+50 °C. It is reliably protected from dust and moisture (IP 55 class) for safe outdoor operation.
