Description
Piusi CUBE 12V B.Smart mini gas station for 50 users, art: F00598A40 – a new format of a filling station with intelligent function management. It allows you to organize an efficient system for automated diesel fuel distribution and remote fuel consumption monitoring using specialized software. It dispenses 56 liters of fuel per minute, sucking from a depth of up to 4 meters.
CUBE B.Smart management and control system
The intelligent filling of the mini gas station for diesel fuel is specialized software that allows you to fully manage the functions of the column in the cloud. An application has been developed for drivers, which is installed on a mobile device, and a web application for fleet managers.
When opening the application on the phone, Android or iOS establishes a connection with CUBE B. SMART. The driver can track the refueling process of equipment (the amount of fuel dispensed), view virtual receipts that are generated upon completion of dispensing. The fleet manager “sees” all fuel movements through cloud software, which allows efficient fleet management from any remote location.
Access to the column is provided to 50 authorized users.
Equipment of the Piusi CUBE B.Smart multi-user mini gas station
The column is equipped with a metal ergonomic body with an integrated meter, a crane holder with a lever for automatic pump start-stop. It can be placed on any suitable support: wall, pedestal, vehicle.
The automatic gas station includes:
- a self-priming pump with a power of 0.3 kW with a 12 V power supply, a built-in bypass to prevent hydraulic shock. The pump is installed on anti-vibration supports, which reduces the noise level (no more than 75 dB);
- a bottom filter with a check valve, protecting the working unit from damage by coarse particles that can cause equipment malfunctions;
- an electronic flow meter for accounting operations, the error of which does not exceed 1%. The calibration function allows maintaining measurement accuracy during operation;
- a dispensing hose with a length of 4 m with an automatic dispenser, a swivel coupling for safe and comfortable refueling;
- a 4-meter power cable for connection to the battery.
The suction hose is not included in the kit. Purchased separately.
The mini gas station operates stably at external temperatures of -10...+50 °C. Reliably protected from dust and moisture for safe outdoor operation, complies with IP 55 standard.
Working cycle
30 minutes – the maximum duration of continuous operation of the CUBE B.Smart column. After half an hour of fuel dispensing, the equipment must be turned off to cool the engine.
