Mini Piusi CUBE 24V B.Smart gas station for 20 users, art: F00598A30 – an automated fuel dispensing system with integrated software, fully managed in the cloud. This is a modern gas station format with the ability to remotely monitor all operations in real time.
Main characteristics
The multi-user column operates from a 24-volt battery, allowing you to organize a mobile fuel distribution point and service diesel equipment at the place of operation. It dispenses 70 liters of diesel fuel per minute. Suction height – 4 m. The duty cycle is limited to 30 minutes to prevent the engine from overheating.
CUBE B.Smart “all inclusive” fuel management system
The automated system allows easy control and management of the equipment fleet. Installation and connection are very simple. B. SMART works via the cloud, allowing you to manage the fleet from anywhere and monitor fuel movement in real time.
An application has been developed for drivers to be installed on the phone, and a web application for managers. As soon as the application is opened on a mobile device, Android or iOS establishes a connection with CUBE B. SMART. The driver can track how much fuel has been dispensed at the moment. After dispensing is completed, a virtual receipt is generated. The fleet manager monitors fuel movement via the cloud, from any location.
Piusi CUBE B.Smart Equipment
The programmable column is assembled in an ergonomic closed case. Equipped with everything necessary for safe and comfortable refueling of equipment tanks:
- a self-priming pump with a bypass valve that eliminates water hammer. Anti-vibration supports ensure quiet operation of the pump. A mesh filter with a check valve is installed in the suction line;
- an electronic meter to control the volume of fuel consumed (accuracy <0.5%). The calibration function allows maintaining high accuracy of the device;
- a 4-meter fuel dispensing hose with a diameter of 1 inch, an automatic pistol with a rotating connection. Shut-off occurs automatically, preventing overflow;
- a fine filter that significantly improves fuel quality.
The suction hose is not included.
The mini gas station is installed on a pedestal, wall, fuel truck, any rigid support. Designed for outdoor temperatures of -10...+50 °C. Reliably protected from dust and moisture (IP 55 class).
