Description
Mini gas station Piusi CUBE 24V B.Smart, art: F00598A10, F00598A30, F00598A50 – an advanced version of an automatic fuel dispensing column with a fuel management system via cloud storage, developed by Piusi. This functional equipment is used for dispensing, accounting and controlling diesel fuel consumption. The station's performance is 70 l/min. Power supply from the network – 24 V provides autonomous operation of the mini-gas station, allows it to be used anywhere. Three modifications are available with access to the column for 10, 20 or 50 users.
Design and features
- The Piusi CUBE 24V B.Smart fuel dispensing module is assembled on the basis of a metal painted case, equipped with a fuel gun holder with a lever for automatic switching on and off of the pump.
- The dust and moisture protection of the case meets the IP 55 standard. The mini-gas station can be operated in a wide temperature range, from -10 to +55 °C.
- The self-priming pump operates from a 24 V network, characterized by a low noise level – 75 decibels. The continuous operating time is limited to 30 minutes, after which the engine must be stopped to cool down completely.
- The built-in bypass valve eliminates the possibility of hydraulic shock when the flow is blocked by the gun.
- The design provides a bottom filter with a check valve and a fine filter, which ensures protection of the equipment from breakage and delivery of thoroughly purified homogeneous fuel to the vehicle tanks.
- All expense operations are controlled by an electronic meter with an accuracy of no more than 0.5%. The calibration function allows you to adjust the accuracy of the flow meter during operation.

B. SMART Technology
Mini gas station Piusi CUBE 24V B.Smart is equipped with an intuitive fuel transfer management system, which consists of a program, a version of the application for the driver, a cloud web version for the fleet manager and hardware. When opening the B.SMART application, the driver's phone or other mobile device used automatically connects to the Piusi CUBE to perform fuel operations. After refueling, a virtual receipt is generated in the application. The cloud software allows you to remotely monitor all fuel movements from anywhere in real time.
