Mini gas station Piusi CUBE 24V B.Smart for 50 users, art: F00598A50 – a modern fuel dispensing column format with automated functions and cloud management. It is used for dispensing diesel fuel in places where there is no power supply. To operate the mini gas station, a 24 V battery is required. The refueling module dispenses 70 liters of fuel per minute, drawing from a depth of up to 4 m. Continuous operation time – 30 minutes.

The automated multi-user column allows you to organize efficient fuel dispensing management and control over all operations using cloud capabilities.
The intelligent mini gas station operates on the basis of cloud software with an intuitive and user-friendly management system through a driver application installed on the phone and a web application for controlling personnel. This allows you to organize the efficient operation of a fleet of equipment from any remote location, monitoring fuel consumption in real time.
When opening the application on the phone, Android or iOS establishes a connection with CUBE B. SMART. The driver has access to track the refueling process (the amount of fuel dispensed), as well as view a virtual receipt generated immediately after dispensing is completed. The fleet manager "sees" all fuel operations through cloud software.
Piusi CUBE B.Smart kit
The diesel column is assembled in a compact metal case of ergonomic design, with a pistol holder and a window for viewing the amount of fuel dispensed. The mini gas station includes:
- a self-priming pump powered by a 24-volt source, equipped with a bypass valve to prevent hydraulic shock. Anti-vibration supports minimize the noise level of the pump, which does not exceed 75 dB;
- a bottom filter with a check valve that does not allow large contaminants (sand, rust, debris) into the system;
- an electronic flow meter for accurate fuel accounting (accuracy <0.5%). The calibration function allows you to independently adjust the accuracy of measurements during operation;
- a 4-meter high-pressure hose with a diameter of 1 inch, an automatic pistol with a swivel connector. The cut-off automatically shuts off, preventing fuel overflow from the tank, increasing comfort and safety of operations. With a rotating connection, the hose rotates freely without bending;
- a fine filter that removes solid particles and impurities from diesel fuel that can cause malfunctions of the refueled equipment;
- a 4-meter cable for connection to a power source.
The suction line hose is not included in the kit and is selected individually.
The mini gas station is designed to operate at ambient temperatures of -10...+50 °C. It is reliably protected against dust and moisture (IP 55 class) for safe outdoor use.
