Mini petrol station Piusi CUBE 70 B.Smart art: F00598000, F00598020, F00598040 – is a high-tech equipment with built-in software and cloud-based function management for operation anywhere and real-time control of all fuel movements. The automatic filling station with multi-user management function (10, 20 or 50 users to choose from) is designed for dispensing, accounting and monitoring diesel fuel consumption. The pump capacity reaches 70 l/min. Power parameters – 220 V.
Device and features
- The mini petrol station is equipped with a diesel rotary pump with a cast iron hermetic housing. The self-priming pump is equipped with a steel rotor and polyacetal blades.
- The induction motor has an aluminum housing and reliable overheating protection for operation without time restrictions and risk of failure.
- The pump is equipped with a bypass valve, which starts the fuel movement inside the system, eliminating water hammer.
- The electronic liter meter allows precise control of consumption for each operation and calculation of the total volume of fuel dispensed. The error does not exceed 0.5%. The calibration function serves to adjust the accuracy of the instrument during operation.
- The pump package includes a 4-meter high-pressure hose with a diameter of 1 inch, an automatic pistol with a swivel coupling, a fine filter, a 4 m power cord, a bottom filter with a check valve.
- The compact housing is easily fixed to the wall, tank or pedestal. The design is made according to the IP 55 dust and moisture protection standard and can be used at an ambient temperature of -10 to +50 °C.
Built-in software
Integrated software allows you to connect CUBE 70 B.Smart to a phone application and the cloud. Access to the pump is via smart cards, which eliminates unauthorized fuel use. It is possible to refuel through the driver's phone app, receive a virtual receipt at the end of dispensing. Through the cloud, the fleet manager can track all oil product movements online.
