This advanced Italian fuel dispenser provides access to dispensing operations for 50 authorized users. The fleet manager can track all fuel movements from any remote location. The performance of the mini gas station is 70 l/min, and coupled with an unlimited duty cycle, it allows refueling a fairly large technology park. The pump capacity is enough to draw fuel from tanks up to 5 meters deep.

It runs on software with an intuitive and simple fuel dispensing management system with a convenient application for drivers and a web application in the cloud for managers. Data transfer via cloud storage provides the ability to manage a fleet of equipment and vehicles, control all fuel operations in real time from anywhere in the world.
The connection between the CUBE B. SMART fuel dispenser, the application and the cloud is carried out automatically as soon as the user launches the application. The driver can manage refueling and track the process through the application on a mobile device. Upon completion of refueling, a virtual receipt is generated. The fleet manager can track all fuel operations.

The mini gas station is assembled in an ergonomic, compact housing, which can be fixed on any vertical support: pedestal, wall, fuel truck, stand. This fuel dispenser allows you to create a civilized fuel dispensing point at a facility where electricity is connected.
The refueling station operates continuously at ambient temperatures of -10...+50 °C. For safe operation in outdoor conditions, it is protected against dust and moisture according to IP 55 standard.
The refueling station includes:
- self-priming 220 V pump with a bypass valve, which is activated when the flow is blocked. The bypass starts the fuel circulation mode, evenly distributing the load on the node, preventing water hammer. An anti-vibration mount provides low-noise pump operation. Efficient heat dissipation prevents overheating of the engine even during continuous operation. A mesh filter is installed in the suction line to protect the pump from damage;
- 4-meter high-pressure hose with a diameter of 1 inch with a swivel coupling and an automatic nozzle for convenient and safe refueling of equipment tanks, preventing fuel overflow from the tank;
- electronic meter for controlling diesel consumption. The flow meter error does not exceed 0.5%. A calibration function is provided for independent adjustment of the instrument accuracy;
- fine filter, which significantly improves the quality of diesel fuel, preventing damage to the engines of the refueled equipment.
The suction line hose is not included in the Piusi CUBE 70 B.Smart diesel mini gas station kit, it is selected independently taking into account the distance to the fuel tank and its depth.
