Description
Mini gas station Piusi Cube 70/K33 + Clear captor – a productive compact unit in an ergonomic closed case for in-house use. It pumps 70 liters of diesel fuel per minute, pre-cleaned from small impurities. All fuel dispensing operations are controlled by a built-in meter. The fuel dispensing column includes everything necessary to organize your own refueling point on a production or any other site connected to the power grid. The module is intended only for use with diesel fuel.

The fuel dispensing unit is assembled in a closed case with an attractive design, the surfaces of which are painted to protect against corrosion.
The mini gas station includes:
- a butterfly electric pump with an automatic engine cooling system for continuous operation and a bypass to protect against water hammer;
- a mechanical disc meter with an accuracy of 1%, with a resettable and cumulative scale. The case provides a calibration screw to maintain measurement accuracy during operation;
- a 6-meter high-pressure hose with a diameter of 1 inch;
- a gun with an automatic shut-off and a swivel coupling. Fuel overflow from the tank is excluded, as the automatic flow shut-off is triggered. The swivel joint prevents the hose from bending and protects against premature wear;
- a fine filter for removing small impurities;
- a 2-meter power cable for connection to the electrical network;
- a bottom filter with a check valve.
The column must be completed with a suction hose. It is selected individually based on the distance to the fuel tank and the suction depth.

Operating conditions
The Piusi Cube 70/K33 refueling module is protected from external influences according to IP55 standard and operates reliably in ambient temperatures from -20 to +60 °C. Nevertheless, it is advisable to place the column indoors or under a canopy to prevent atmospheric precipitation and extend the service life of the equipment.
