The Piusi Cube 70/K33 + FG-100 mini gas station is a high-performance, functional fuel dispensing unit powered by a 220V mains supply. It is a ready-made solution for organizing your own diesel fuel distribution point quickly and without significant investment. Suitable for equipping production facilities and other sites with a stationary power supply.
Main characteristics
The Piusi Cube mini gas station is used for cleaning, dispensing and accounting for diesel fuel. Not suitable for other light petroleum products and technical fluids. The column's performance is 70 l/min, the suction depth and delivery distance are 5 and 15 meters respectively. Thanks to the efficient cooling system, the column motor does not overheat, allowing fuel to be dispensed without interruption. In terms of dust and moisture protection, the column meets the IP55 standard. It can be operated without loss of performance at ambient temperatures from -20 to +60 °C.
Equipment of the Piusi Cube 70/K33 diesel mini gas station
The mobile unit is assembled in a closed metal housing of ergonomic design, the surfaces of which are protected by an anti-corrosion compound.
The mini gas station kit includes:
- a slide electric pump with forced engine cooling for uninterrupted operation. Inside there is a relief valve that starts the fuel circulation mode within the system;
- a mechanical disc meter with an accuracy of 1%, with resettable and cumulative scales. The calibration function allows maintaining high measurement accuracy during operation;
- a 6-meter high-pressure hose with a diameter of 1 inch;
- an automatic pistol with a swivel connector. Fuel does not spill from the tank of the refueled equipment, because the automatic flow shut-off is activated. This increases the safety of refueling operations. The swivel device allows the hose to rotate freely without kinks;
- a fuel purification system with two stages: a bottom filter (with a check valve) that removes large debris, and a fine filter with a water separation function;
- a 2-meter power cable for connection to the mains.
The mini gas station is additionally equipped with a suction line hose of the required length.
