Description
The Piusi CUBE 70 MC DC 24V fuel dispensing module is designed for non-commercial diesel fuel dispensing. This is a mobile gas station with a function to record the amount of fuel dispensed – the readings are displayed on the totalizer and counter.
The Piusi CUBE 70 MC DC 24V vehicle filling station is designed for refueling vehicles exclusively with diesel fuel. The dispenser is powered by 24 volts and can pump up to 70 liters per minute. A pump unit with a power of only 500 Watts allows fuel to be supplied at a pressure of 3 Bar.
The noise level produced by the mobile dispenser during operation does not exceed 75 decibels. A high degree of dust and moisture protection protects the module from contamination and breakdowns.
Design features
The fuel dispenser is equipped with modern software, which is used to transfer information from the module to a personal computer. The CUBE can be mounted on a bracket, wall, fuel tank or pedestal with fastening at the base.
The body is made of sheet steel, has an anti-corrosion coating, and is painted. The dispenser is equipped with an electronic meter with calibration capability, the error of which is no more than 0.5%.
The gun holder is built-in and has levers to stop and start the pump.
Access to the pump unit can only be obtained using a personal code or a magnetic key. The mobile gas station controls up to 50 users and allows pre-setting the amount of fuel to be dispensed.

Operating conditions
At temperatures below -10 degrees Celsius, the readings on the flow meter's liquid crystal display stop displaying. Therefore, it is not recommended to use the dispenser outside the temperature range established by the manufacturer.
