Next-generation fuel dispensing equipment - the programmable mobile gas station of the Piusi CUBE 70 MC120UT brand is intended for refueling vehicles with diesel fuel. Fuel column for non-commercial use. An expensive, high-quality complex with reliable protection against unauthorized use.

Inside the metal case, which has an anti-corrosion coating, are located:
- A vane pump with a 220 V motor. It has a bypass valve built in, which bypasses the fuel when refueling is interrupted with the gun while the engine is running, preventing pressure buildup.
- An electronic diesel fuel meter, which has a resettable reading scale of 99,999 liters and a cumulative scale of 99,999,999 liters. The meter error is 0.5%. After completion of work, the display and keyboard are closed with a sliding plastic shutter.
The complex also includes an automatic dispensing gun with a 4-meter pressure hose and a bottom filter with a check valve.
The case provides a socket for fixing the gun after work, a hook for the hose. These simple devices help maintain order in the workplace.
How it works
The memory device allows you to service the unit with 120 users, each of whom has a personal access code or key to the device. Keys and codes are synchronized on the computer using a special device.
Data transfer to the column itself occurs using an electronic master key, which is applied to the column. After reading the data from the master key, the lock is removed from the refueling module, bringing the device into a state of readiness.
To transfer data from the column to the computer, a master key is also used. It reads the data for the accounting period. The PC reads them using a special device.
A report of each refueling is entered into the computer. In addition to the time and amount of fuel dispensed, it is recorded who exactly refueled. It will not be possible to limit the fuel supply to the column, automatic shutdown is not provided. Information about the last 255 refuelings is stored in memory and is available for printing and analysis.
Fuel flow rate - 70 l/min.
It is recommended to use the column at a temperature of not less than -10 to +50 degrees Celsius. At lower temperatures, the display will not show readings.
The device can operate continuously. There are no restrictions.
