The mini gas station functions on the basis of software with an intuitive and simple system for managing functions. An application is provided for drivers and a web application in the cloud for managers. Transfer of data on fuel movements through cloud storage allows efficient fleet management and control of all operations in real time from anywhere in the world.
When the driver launches the application on his smartphone, a connection with the CUBE B. SMART column is instantly established. The driver can manage the refueling process and track the amount of fuel dispensed at the moment on the mobile device. After completion of the operation, a virtual receipt is generated in the application.

The gas station is organized on the basis of a closed ergonomic housing, the metal surfaces of which are reliably protected from corrosion. It is installed on a vertical support: pedestal, wall, mobile device, stand. The column operates from a 220 V network, therefore the main requirement for the object is the availability of power supply.
The mini gas station is designed for operation in temperatures from -10...+50 °C. For trouble-free operation in open areas, electrical components are protected from dust and moisture according to IP 55 standard.
The modern automated column includes:
- self-priming 220 V pump with a relief valve to protect against hydraulic shock. An effective engine cooling system prevents overheating during intensive use. A coarse filter is installed at the pump inlet to protect the working unit from damage by coarse particles of sand, rust, and debris;
- automatic tap with a swivel connection and holder, 4-meter high-pressure hose with a diameter of 1 inch;
- electronic meter for accurate fuel consumption accounting. The error does not exceed 0.5%. The calibration function allows you to independently adjust the accuracy of the instrument;
- fine filter to protect the expensive engines of the refueled equipment from damage by coarse particles.
