Design
The pump, made of cast iron with anti-corrosion protection, is equipped with a bypass valve. The originality of the design lies in the fact that the developers combined two pumps into one unit. This made it possible to increase the power of the installation and the refueling speed. The pump is mounted on holders that absorb vibration.
The delivery set also includes:
- Manual dispensing nozzle for diesel fuel. It comes with a swivel fitting.
- Pressure hose.
- A telescopic tube with a bottom filter is used as a suction hose.
Convenience: A holder is installed next to the pump to secure the tap. This helps to compactly assemble the column between pumping and maintain order in the workplace. The swivel mechanism will prevent the dispensing hose from twisting.
Limitations: Like all 12V models, the DRUM Bi-Pump needs a break to cool the engine after a 30-minute work cycle.
