Budget refueling unit of Italian production. Mobile gas station for pumping diesel fuel from a barrel operates from a battery (12 V). Using this column, you can pump 80 liters of diesel fuel per minute. An excellent solution - the fuel dispensing unit reliably operates at temperatures from -30 degrees to +45.
Performs pumping and accounting of diesel fuel. Designed for non-commercial use. The complex is widely used for refueling equipment and machinery in "field" conditions - in agricultural lands, construction sites, in quarries. It is also used for refueling boats and yachts.
Design
The column is installed on a barrel, for which the manufacturer provided a simple mounting kit. The basis of the complex is a high-performance Bi-Pump pump at 12 V and a mechanical flow meter. The volume of a single pumping is on the resettable scale, the total amount of fuel dispensed is on a 6-digit cumulative one.
A telescopic tube with a submersible (bottom) filter is installed for suction. The dispensing hose is made of MBS rubber, resistant to the effects of negative temperatures.
The supply includes a manual fuel gun with a rotating coupling.
Convenience and reliability of the model:
- The mobile diesel fuel gas station has a gun holder conveniently located near the pump. This allows you to compactly assemble the complex after refueling.
- The rotating mechanism on the gun prevents the hose from twisting.
- A bypass valve built into the pump protects the pump from premature failure. At the end of refueling, it maintains a short-term circulation of liquid inside the pump.
- Additional convenience - a switch with a light indicator.
IMPORTANT: Piusi DRUM Bi-Pump 12V K33 will last for more than one year if the main requirement is fulfilled - after 30 minutes of operation, the equipment must be disconnected for cooling.
