This column is equipped with a 24 V pump, the power of which allows pumping 80 liters of diesel fuel per minute. This is one of the most productive refueling complexes among its analogues. It has a limited duty cycle (30 min), after which the engine must be switched off for cooling.
Application area
This is an effective portable equipment for refueling equipment at construction sites, agricultural lands, and quarries. It is also used for pumping diesel fuel in oil product warehouses. This complex is widely used in transport companies and car services.
Model kit
At the heart of the installation is a powerful Bi-Pump pump. This is an original development of the Italians - combining two pumps into one, which made it possible to achieve a high pumping speed. It is made of cast iron, mounted on anti-vibration mounts.
Piusi DRUM Bi-Pump 24V A120 mobile diesel fuel dispensing unit is equipped with a fuel dispensing gun with an automatic flow shut-off. This prevents overfilling of the refueled container. A swivel joint prevents twisting of the pressure hose during refueling.
On the suction side - a telescopic tube with a bottom filter. Pressure hose made of MBS rubber.
For convenient assembly after refueling, a gun holder is mounted near the pump.
