Description
The DRUM EX50 12V DC ATEX gasoline, diesel and kerosene refueling column with a manual pistol is a refueling module for pumping and dispensing fuel directly from a standard 200 l drum.
The fueling module of this model cannot be used for aviation fuel, aqueous solutions and liquid food products.
It is not designed for continuous operation. It requires a minimum one-hour shutdown every 30 minutes. It is characterized by достаточно high performance up to 50 l/min. Power is autonomous - from a 12 V battery. The voltage should not deviate from the nominal value by more than +/- 5%.
The package includes:
- a cast iron explosion-proof self-priming pump with a bypass and thermal protection;
- a manual dispensing tap with a holder and swivel coupling;
- a telescopic suction pipe;
- a check valve;
- a 4 m pressure hose;
- a filter with a water separator for fine cleaning;
- a 2” adapter for mounting on a drum with a built-in coarse filter.

Possible area of application

It is permissible to use it in areas where there is a certain probability of an explosive situation (zone 1), for example, at gas stations and in car repair shops.
