Description
Small DRUM EX50 230V + K33 ATEX refueling column, equipped with an automatic fuel dispensing nozzle. It can be used as a mini gas station for refueling various equipment and vehicles with diesel fuel, gasoline and kerosene.
Fuel intake is carried out from standard 200-liter barrels or tanks, on which this unit is installed using a 2” adapter. The unit is characterized by good performance (up to 50 l/min).
IMPORTANT! The column cannot be operated continuously due to the risk of overheating. Operating cycle: 30 min. work / 60 min. break. AC 220 V engine, power 250 W.
Main design features
Self-priming vane-rotor (sluice) pump in a cast iron housing, with a built-in bypass. The electric motor with thermal protection is installed in the same housing. In addition, the delivery set includes:
- dispensing tap with automatic fuel shut-off and swivel mechanism;
- holder for the dispensing tap;
- mechanical counter for accounting for dispensed fuel with two scales: 3-digit, resettable – for single consumption and 6-digit, non-resettable – for total consumption;
- telescopic suction tube;
- bypass and check valves;
- fuel hose;
- power cord with plug;
- filter with water separator for cleaning from fine impurities up to 30 microns;
