Piusi fuel and oil filter cartridge 100 l/min, 10 μm

The considered modification of a disposable cartridge filter element is designed and manufactured by the Italian company Piusi, one of the world leaders in the production of pumping equipment.

Application area

The Piusi 100 l/min cartridge is used for cleaning fuel and oil, the cleaning depth is 10 microns. The filter element is mounted in a non-separable metal glass, used for fine cleaning of fuels and lubricants from particles of rust, dust and other contaminants. It is installed on fuel filling stations both in the suction and discharge parts of the pipeline.

Design features

The structure of the filter material allows liquids with increased viscosity to pass through. The increased volume of the flask provides a flow rate of up to 100 liters per minute. A noticeable change in pressure in the fuel line signals a strong degree of contamination of the filter and the need to replace the element.
