The Filtroll Oil/Diesel filtering station is versatile equipment with a dual filtration and oil/diesel fuel dispensing function. The modern unit effectively removes even fine contaminants, down to 5 microns, from the pumped liquid. The model's performance is 25 l/min.
Device and features
The universal station is equipped with a reliable trolley with a sturdy tubular frame, an ergonomic handle, and massive wheels for mobile movement around the work site.
The model includes:
- a self-priming pump powered by a 220 V mains and with a capacity of 25 l/min;
- suction and dispensing hoses hermetically connected to the system;
- a first-stage filter for removing contaminants from 30 microns;
- a second-stage fine filter for removing fine impurities, from 5 microns;
- a metal tip for dispensing oil.
The basic set also includes a drain valve for sediment from the filter. A pressure gauge is located on the control panel to monitor pressure fluctuations in the system and control its operation.
The engine is protected from overheating, which allows the station to operate without stopping for cooling. A third support point in the form of a stand is provided for stable placement of the station during filtration.
