Piusi K500 dispensing pistol with flexible nozzle

The K500 w/flexible spout automatic oil pump is designed and manufactured by the Piusi Group, Italy. The dispensing gun with a counter built into the body of the product is designed for dispensing and accounting for pre-set oil volumes. The supply stops automatically, without operator intervention.

Design features

• The body is lightweight, impact-resistant, made of ABS plastic resistant to aggressive environments and temperature fluctuations.
• The nozzle (with a drip-proof valve) is on a flexible damper. The material of the tube is rubber reinforced with a textile frame.
• A sealed capsule of a digital flowmeter is mounted inside the tool. The operating principle of the device is measurement based on oval gears.
• The LED screen serves to display accounting data – cumulative (non-resettable) and current (reset by the “reset” button). The display also shows information about the programmed dispensing volume and the battery level.
• The filling volume is set using 3 buttons: 0.1, 1.0 and 10 liters.
• The charging unit is removable, in a moisture-proof housing.
