Description
The Italian manufacturer Piusi offers mobile mini gas stations Pico 230 A for pumping diesel fuel, installed on a vertical barrel with a built-in M 64x4 (2’’) connection.
The column is powered by a 220 V AC network. With a flow rate of 30 l/min and a continuous duty cycle, the equipment is able to provide timely refueling of special equipment directly at the site, minimizing downtime.
Advantages of the refueling unit
The Pico 230 A electric pump, due to the use of stationary power supply, is able to operate around the clock. At the same time, small weight and size provide mobility of the device and provide the possibility of operational refueling in places remote from places of storage of large quantities of diesel fuel.
Completeness
The basic equipment includes:
- a vane pump (self-priming), the universal motor of which is placed in a double-insulated housing. The pump is equipped with a built-in bypass valve, providing circulation of diesel fuel inside the system at the moment of stopping pumping with a fuel dispensing gun;
- bottom suction filter;
- automatic type fuel dispensing gun, with a rotating coupling protecting the dispensing hose from twisting;
- dispensing hose;
- switch and electric cable.
Note: the suction hose is not included in the delivery set. Flow meters can be installed on such mobile mini gas stations to account for fuel consumption.
