Piusi PITSTOP DC 12V refueling kit

The Piusi PITSTOP DC 12V mobile equipment is a refueling system for diesel fuel with a reel. It is used for refueling equipment in field conditions. The column is not intended for commercial use.

The column can be installed anywhere. To organize refueling at a field camp or construction site, it is fixed on a fuel delivery vehicle.

The fuel delivery rate is 45 liters per minute. The Piusi PITSTOP DC 12V unit can operate continuously for half an hour. During this time, the self-priming pump will pump 1350 liters of diesel fuel from a tank not exceeding three meters in depth.

The column is mounted on a metal stand with a pistol holder. The refueling system includes:

1. A 12 V vane pump with a bypass valve.
2. A reel for the dispensing hose, the hose is wound automatically. This method protects the hose from twisting and bending. The length of the pressure hose, equal to 15 meters, allows you to refuel large vehicles and at a distance from the fuel tank.
3. An automatic pistol that prevents fuel loss during refueling - a flow interrupter will stop the supply if the container being filled is overfilled. Equipped with a swivel joint.
4. A switch with an integrated light indicator.
5. A 2-meter cable for connecting the column to the power supply.

Additional upgrades are possible

This diesel fuel refueling system with a reel can be equipped with a meter to measure the dispensed diesel fuel. It is also recommended to equip the unit with a filter-separator.
