Refueling equipment and vehicles with urea requires specially designed certified equipment. The Piusi company has released a reliable dispensing unit manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the industrial standard. The model includes all the necessary parts for operation: a pump, a gun, and hoses.
To put the dispensing kit into operation, no connection to the electrical network is required. The model is powered by an autonomous 24-volt power source, to which it is connected via a cable.
The Piusibox for AdBlue components are assembled in a sturdy metal case, which guarantees their safety from mechanical damage and negative external factors. The manufacturer took care of the convenience of transporting the equipment and installed a handle and wheels on the case.
The pump delivers 36 liters of fluid per minute, it can operate continuously for no more than 20 minutes, like most urea units. Inside the pump, there is a bypass valve that allows the model to not be turned off for 3 minutes during stops in the supply of urea.
The dispensing kit includes an automatic filling tap equipped with a special shut-off device that activates when the tank is full. A magnetic adapter for the gun is also provided, which prevents the ingress of fluids of another type into the tank.
The Piusibox for AdBlue can be installed on any solid surface; a special adapter is included in the kit for mounting on a barrel. The dispensing unit can be upgraded with a meter that allows you to monitor urea consumption.
The model has an all-weather design; it continues to function at temperatures from -30 to +60 degrees. As a rule, the dispensing kit is used in service stations, garages, and small industrial enterprises.
