The Piusi Self Service 100 B.Smart automatic mini gas station, art: F00748000, F00748030, F00748070, represents a new innovative line of dispensing equipment with a self-service system. The use of an application for drivers and a web application in the cloud for control personnel provides convenience and efficiency of refueling operations, current monitoring and fuel consumption management. The column operates from a 220-volt network, pumping 90 liters of diesel fuel per minute, which, combined with an unlimited duty cycle, allows it to be used to service a large fleet of equipment.
Smart column
The Piusi Self Service 100 B.Smart is equipped with modern software for managing dispensing and controlling fuel movement. The B. SMART application has been developed for the driver, which is downloaded to a phone or other mobile device used during refueling.
Information about operations is sent to the fleet manager online. The control worker, using cloud software, can track dispensing volumes in real time, manage transactions and generate reports.

- The self-priming vane pump operates from a 220-volt network. Due to overheating protection, it does not require stops to cool the engine. The noise level does not exceed 75 decibels. The pump is equipped with a bypass valve that prevents water hammer when the flow is interrupted, which allows the use of an automatic gun.
- The built-in high-precision meter serves to control each individual operation and calculate the total consumption. The error does not exceed 0.5%. A calibration function is provided.
- Electrical components are hermetically sealed against dust and moisture ingress in accordance with IP 55 standard. The automatic refueling module can be used in a wide temperature range, from -20 to +60 °C.
