The Piusi Self Service 100 FM Tank shortened refueling column is modern equipment for internal dispensing of diesel fuel directly at the work site. This is a relevant choice if it is necessary to refuel a large fleet of vehicles and special equipment at one facility for a long time. By organizing such a private mini-gas station, you can eliminate the costs of trips for refueling and more effectively use expensive equipment.
A prerequisite is the availability of a 220 V power grid. The gas station is mounted only on a fuel tank. Refueling is fast and accurate.
Special features
The electronic control unit allows you to transmit information to a PC, print checks for reporting, identify the user using PIN codes or magnetic keys. In addition, there are functions for determining the level of diesel fuel in the tank, cleaning the fuel from water, indicating the time and date of refueling, the code of the refueled vehicle. The memory stores data on the last 255 refueling operations.

All working units are placed inside a shortened steel case. The hinged panel provides convenient access to all nodes. On the front wall of the case there is a counter display and a panel of the electronic control unit, allowing you to limit the number of users to 120.
The basic set includes:
- Powerful 220 V electric motor providing fuel supply at a rate of 90 l/min. The self-cooling system allows you to use the column for a long time without interruption.
- Impeller pump, at the inlet of which a mesh filter is installed. A built-in bypass valve in the electric pump is activated when the gun is turned off with the engine running and maintains a constant pressure level in the system for several minutes.
- Electronic meter K600, operating with an error of no more than 500 ml per 100 liters of diesel fuel pumped. The flow meter keeps records of intermediate refueling and the total amount of diesel fuel pumped.
- Fueling gun - automatic, connection with hose - rotary. A holder for the nozzle with an on/off power lever is built into the case.
- Delivery hose.
- Absorbent filter for deep fuel cleaning.
Additionally the refueling column can be equipped with a suction hose, magnetic keys for users, software for generating and printing reports on refueling operations.
