Description
Fuel dispensing unit for stationary use with a familiar configuration. The Self Service 100 K44 dispensing column is designed for in-house release of diesel fuel at sites where a lot of special equipment operates.
Power supply - from a 220 V network. Flow rate - 90 l/min. The number of users is unlimited.
Configuration and design
The ТРК of a closed type - all units are installed inside a metal cabinet made of steel. The case has a standard height of 1387 mm, is protected from corrosion and painted. One panel opens completely, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
The dispensing column is equipped with:
- A vane self-priming electric pump E120, which has a mesh filter at the inlet and a bypass valve.
- A mechanical meter K44, which ensures accounting of the dispensed diesel fuel with an accuracy of +/- 1 liter per 100 pumped. A calibration function is provided to adjust the accuracy.
- An absorbing filter with water separation, which guarantees the supply of fuel without impurities.
- An automatic dispensing tap with a swivel joint.
- A built-in nozzle holder with a lever for automatic pump on/off.
IMPORTANT: The Self Service dispensing column is supplied without a suction hose. The suction hose is purchased separately.
Model advantages
Professional users have long appreciated the high performance, reliability, and ease of maintenance of this column. The undoubted advantages of the ТРК also include dust and moisture protection, and a large range of recommended operating temperatures (-30...+45 degrees C).
It is forbidden to use Self Service columns for refueling gasoline, kerosene and other flammable liquids, as this equipment does not have explosion protection.
