Description
A fuel dispensing column with an unlimited user base, powered by a 220 V mains supply. The Self Service 100 K44 Pulser refueling column is stationary installed at facilities where constant refueling of special equipment and/or equipment with diesel fuel is required. Designed for non-commercial use.
Flow rate - 90 l/min. A self-cooled asynchronous motor, protected from overheating, is used as a direct drive. This ensured a long working cycle.
Design and equipment
The column body is a steel cabinet with anti-corrosion treatment, painted. The opening panel provides full and convenient access to all units installed inside the housing.
The fuel dispensing column includes:
- A powerful self-priming electric pump E120 with a built-in bypass valve and a mesh filter at the inlet.
- A mechanical meter with an impulse output (K44R), with an accuracy of at least 99%. The meter error is adjusted by a calibration screw.
- A water-absorbing filter with a cleaning depth of 30 microns.
- Automatic gun, swivel coupling - included.
The built-in nozzle socket has a lever to automatically shut off the pump.
IMPORTANT: The Self Service refueling column is intended exclusively for diesel fuel. Pumping other liquids is prohibited, as this may lead to failure or explosion.
