Description
The Piusi Self Service 70 B.Smart automatic mini gas station, art: F00748010, F00748040, F00748060 is designed for dispensing, accounting and controlling the consumption of diesel fuel. Developed for stationary use at facilities connected to a 220 V power grid. The programmable column with self-service function comes with B. SMART software, which allows refueling equipment through a mobile device application, as well as tracking all fuel movements through the cloud from anywhere in real time. The performance of the gas station is 70 l/min.
Device and features
- The mini gas station is assembled in an ergonomic stationary case that protects vulnerable components from dust and moisture (IP 55 class). The design is all-weather and is designed to operate at ambient temperatures from -40 to +60 °C.
- The self-priming electric pump emits a small amount of noise, no more than 75 decibels, is equipped with overheating protection, which allows for continuous operation.
- The bypass valve in the pump design starts the circulation of liquid when the flow is temporarily closed, which allows the use of an automatic gun.
- Accurate liter accounting is provided by a meter with an error of no more than 0.5%. The calibration function allows you to adjust the measurement accuracy after prolonged use.
- The kit includes an automatic gun with a rotating connection, a 4-meter high-pressure hose with a diameter of 1 inch, a fine filter, a bottom filter, a 4-meter power cord.
Progressive control system
The Piusi Self Service 70 B.Smart automatic mini gas station is equipped with an intuitive and convenient fuel movement control system, which includes a program, a user application version (downloaded to the driver's phone), a cloud web version for the fleet manager, and hardware. When the B.SMART application is opened, the mobile device automatically connects to the Piusi gas station to activate fuel dispensing. After the refueling operations are completed, a virtual receipt is generated in the application. Through the cloud, all fuel movements can be tracked from anywhere in real time.
