Description
Self Service 70 FM Tank - a programmable diesel fuel dispenser in a shortened version (body height 990 mm). It is intended exclusively for installation on a tank.
The fuel truck works from a 220 V mains, providing diesel fuel at a rate of 70 l/min in continuous mode. This is expensive, high-quality equipment for large vehicle fleets forced to refuel vehicles and special equipment directly at the work site.
Special features of the dispenser
Elegant design, reliability and high-quality assembly are the hallmark of the manufacturer, the Italian company Piusi. The Self Service 70 FM Tank version is equipped with additional functions: the ability to transmit information and control dispensing to a PC, the ability to connect a liquid level indicator in the tank, a built-in printer for printing receipts, limiting the number of users (using codes or magnetic keys). The electronic unit’s memory stores information about the 255 latest operations. The maximum number of users is 120.
Equipment
All main units are installed inside a steel housing protected from corrosion. The opening front panel provides convenient maintenance of the dispenser, which includes:
- A vane pump with a built-in bypass valve. A mesh filter is installed at the inlet.
- A fuel dispensing tap equipped with a rotating connection with a pressure hose.
- An electronic flow meter with an 8-digit cumulative scale and a 5-digit resettable scale. Measurement error - up to 0.5 l per 100 filled (+/- 0.5%).
- A dispensing hose.
- A filter with moisture separation.
Additional options
The fuel dispenser is supplied without a suction hose. These components are purchased separately.
Software that allows you to generate and print detailed reports on operations performed, encode user keys, and manage access to equipment is purchased separately.
Operating restrictions
PROHIBITED to use such a mini gas station for types of fuel other than diesel.
When operating at temperatures below -10 degrees, the display may slow down, but the functionality of the dispenser remains.
