Description
The high-performance Self Service 70 MC F Printer refueling column is recommended for internal (non-commercial) fuel dispensing. This is the optimal choice if you need to solve several tasks simultaneously:
- refuel a large number of equipment for a long time in the field, where work is carried out;
- limit the number of users;
- record fuel volumes;
- improve the quality of the diesel fuel being refueled.
These are programmable fuel trucks, the required power supply is 220 V, the flow rate is 70 l/min. This mini gas station can operate continuously without time restrictions, allowing large volumes of diesel fuel to be pumped during a shift.
Special column features
The fuel trucks have an electronic control unit with built-in memory, where information about the last 250 operations is stored. It is possible to monitor the fuel level in the tank, transmit information to a computer, and print receipts (built-in printer).
Completeness
Inside a durable steel case are:
- A powerful vane self-priming pump, which is equipped with a bypass valve. The bypass maintains pressure when the gun is shut off, ensuring fuel circulation inside the pump.
- An electronic meter with an accuracy of up to 0.5%. Information on the volume of the current refueling and the total amount of fuel pumped is displayed on the display.
- Automatic tap and dispensing hose. The swivel joint prevents twisting and kinks in the pressure hose during refueling.
- Built-in filter with water separation function.
Additionally: suction hose, user identification keys and software are supplied only by customer order.
Operating conditions
The Self Service MC refueling column has an all-weather design and operates confidently in any weather. If the temperature drops below -10 degrees Celsius, the indication of the liquid crystal display may be disrupted, but all other functions are preserved.
