Description
The fuel dispensing unit with an electronic control unit designed for pumping diesel fuel from a tank. The Self Service 70 MC Tank fuel dispenser is a "cut-down" version, mounted only on a diesel fuel tank.
The fuel dispensing unit with a capacity of 70 l/min is designed for in-house use. This choice is relevant when constant refueling of vehicles and special equipment is required directly at the facility.
An important condition is the availability of a 220 V power grid. A powerful self-ventilated engine allows the dispenser to be used without limitation of continuous operation time.
Complex equipment
The height of the case, made of steel with anti-corrosion protection, is only 990 mm. The front panel opens, providing full access to the units installed inside.
This mini gas station is equipped with:
- A vane self-priming pump. The built-in bypass valve maintains a set pressure in the system with the engine running and the tap off for 3 minutes. This time is enough to move the nozzle to another tank for refueling or turn off the dispenser.
- A gun with an automatic flow shut-off, which stops the fuel supply when the tank is full. Connection to the hose is swivel.
- An electronic meter. The volume of the current pumping is reflected on a 5-digit resettable display, the total amount of fuel filled - on an 8-digit display. Metering error - no more than 0.5 l per 100 filled.
- A fine filter with a moisture separation function.
In the case - a socket with a lever for automatic pump shutdown to fix the nozzle after refueling is completed.
Additionally, upon request, the fuel dispensing unit can be equipped with a suction hose and a filter-separator with a water separation function. In addition, you can order software that generates reports on refueling and users.
Special dispenser features
The memory of the Self Service 70 MC fuel dispenser stores information about the last 255 operations. It is possible to indicate the time and date of dispensing, the vehicle code, and also transmit data to a computer for storage and analysis.
Limiting user access (maximum number - 80) is carried out using magnetic keys or codes. The front panel provides an electronic control unit and a reading device for user keys.
Attention: software and user keys are purchased separately.
