High-performance mobile gas station designed for non-commercial dispensing and accounting of diesel fuel in garages, fuel and lubricant warehouses, and motor depots. Durable, reliable equipment from a popular Italian brand.
Like most refueling units powered by 24 V, it has a short duty cycle. After 30 minutes of operation, it needs to rest (at least one hour) for the engine to cool down completely.
Design features
The refueling system is assembled on a metal plate with mounting holes and a pistol holder, which allows it to be quickly fixed on any surface or on a fuel drum. The delivery set includes:
- Self-priming vane pump with a bypass valve built-in.
- Mechanical flow meter with calibration capability. The counter has two scales (6-digit cumulative and 3-digit resettable). Accuracy - no more than 1%.
- Manual fuel dispensing tap equipped with a swivel device. This simple mechanism prevents twisting of the delivery hose during operation, making work more comfortable.
- Delivery hose.
- Switch.
- Power cable.
- Bottom filter with a check valve.
Please note: this mobile gas station is supplied without a suction hose. Upon customer request, the refueling unit can be additionally equipped with a hose or tube for suction.
Efficiency and convenience
The mobile refueling unit can operate in the absence of electricity. Autonomous power supply and compactness are important advantages of this equipment.
But the main advantage is that the Piusi ST Bi-pump 24V K33 mobile gas station is capable of pumping 85 liters of diesel fuel per minute. This is more than 2.5 m3 during half an hour (working cycle).
Design - all-weather, effective protection against dust and moisture. This allows you to confidently use the unit in any conditions. Even low temperatures (down to -30 degrees Celsius) do not affect performance.
