Description
PIUSI ST EX50 12V + K24 ATEX + automatic pistol gasoline fuel pump – is an efficient dispensing unit pumping fuel at a rate of 50 l/min. Thanks to the autonomous power supply from a 12-volt battery, this equipment is indispensable in remote locations and facilities not connected to the power grid. The completion of the column with an electronic meter with high accounting accuracy ensures timely control over fuel consumption. For greater safety and comfort of refueling operations, the model is equipped with an automatic pistol.
Operating features
The column has a limited duty cycle. After 30 minutes of continuous use, the motor must be switched off until completely cooled. This operating mode ensures long-lasting and safe operation of the equipment.
The mini-gas station is designed to operate at temperatures from -10 to +40 degrees. It can be operated in open areas thanks to a dust- and moisture-proof housing.
Device and features
- All elements of the refueling station are compactly mounted on a metal plate, which simplifies fastening to the working surface. A holder is provided for convenient placement of the pistol.
- A self-priming vane pump operates from a 12 V network. Equipped with a bypass valve that starts the movement of liquid inside the system when the flow is temporarily blocked by the pistol.
- The housing has an explosion-proof design, meets the EX standard. During operation, the equipment emits a small amount of noise, not more than 70 dB.
- An automatic drip stop allows you to safely fill the tank with fuel without the presence of an operator. A swivel joint prevents the twisting of the high-pressure hose, which is included in the kit (length – 4 m).
- Accurate accounting of released petroleum products (gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel) is ensured by an electronic meter with two accounting scales and an accuracy of 1%. The calibration function allows you to adjust the accuracy of the device during operation.
- To protect the equipment from the ingress of mechanical particles contained at the bottom of the tank, a bottom filter with a check valve is provided.
