Description
Piusi ST EX50 12V + K33 ATEX gasoline pump + automatic pistol – is an efficient refueling system with a capacity of 50 l/min. It is used for pumping and accounting for gasoline, kerosene, and diesel fuel. The equipment has an explosion-proof design, compliant with the European EX standard. Thanks to its operation from a car battery, this autonomous refueling station can be used anywhere.
Basic kit and features
The refueling module is assembled on a mounting plate, which is fixed to the working surface. The kit includes the following elements:
- self-priming 12-volt impeller pump with a bypass valve;
- automatic pistol with a swivel joint;
- mechanical counter with two accounting scales – resettable and cumulative, with an error of up to 1% and a calibration function;
- 4-meter pressure hose;
- bottom mesh filter with a check valve.
The suction hose is not included in the kit and can be ordered separately.
Operating conditions
The equipment can be used in open areas due to reliable protection against dust and moisture – IP55 class. For working with gasoline or kerosene, the housing has an explosion-proof design.
The pump operates from a 12-volt car battery and therefore requires regular stops to cool the engine. After 30 minutes of operation, the equipment should be turned off for 1 hour.
The refueling module operates stably at a temperature from -10 to +40 degrees.
