Description
Piusi ST EX50 12V + K33 ATEX + manual pistol gasoline refueling column – efficient autonomous equipment for refueling machinery in remote locations. The explosion-proof housing design allows this module to be used for pumping diesel fuel, gasoline and kerosene. The dispensing unit operates when connected to a 12 V car battery and provides a high flow rate of petroleum products – 50 l/min.

Completeness and features
The mini-refueling station is assembled on a metal plate for easy mounting on any surface. The complex includes:
- self-priming 12-volt impeller pump equipped with a bypass valve to prevent overpressure when the flow is temporarily blocked;
- manual pistol with a swivel connector to protect against twisting and premature wear of the hose;
- mechanical counter with a resettable and cumulative scale, an accuracy of 1% and a calibration function to improve measurement accuracy;
- 4-meter dispensing hose with a diameter of 3/4 inch;
- bottom filter-mesh to retain large impurities.
The basic package does not include a suction hose. It can be purchased separately taking into account the features of the column operation.
The pump housing is made according to IP55 standard, which allows the equipment to be used in open areas.
For safe operation with gasoline and kerosene, the mini-gas station has an explosion-proof design.
