The PIUSI ST EX50 230V ATEX gasoline pump + automatic pistol is versatile equipment for the safe refueling of equipment with gasoline, kerosene or diesel fuel. The mini-gas station is suitable for equipping organizations that do not require accounting for fuel consumption. The dispensing rate of fuels is 50 l/min. The dispensing module requires a 220 Volt power supply.
Operating features
The gasoline pump is made in an explosion-proof design, class EX and is reliably protected from the ingress of dust and moisture according to IP55 standard, so it can be used in open areas at temperatures from -10 to +40 degrees.
To increase the safety of operations, the manufacturer recommends turning off the equipment after 30 minutes of operation until the engine cools down completely.
Design and features
- The refueling column is assembled on a metal mounting plate for quick and comfortable installation on the working surface.
- The key element of the equipment is a self-priming vane pump in a durable cast iron housing with protection against external influences and explosions. The bypass valve in the pump design starts the liquid circulation mode when the flow is temporarily blocked by the pistol.
- The kit includes a 4-meter dispensing hose with a diameter of 3/4 inch, a bottom filter with a check valve to retain large impurities and prevent fuel spillage when replacing the barrel, as well as an automatic pistol with a rotating coupling for comfortable fuel delivery and protection of the hose from kinks.
The suction hose is not included in the set. It can be ordered separately.
