Description
PIUSI ST EX50 230V ATEX gasoline dispensing column + manual pistol – a high-performance gasoline, kerosene, and diesel fuel dispensing system. The universal refueling module is used in places where fuel consumption accounting is not required. The column pumps 50 liters of oil products per minute. Explosion-proof design (EX class) allows the equipment to be used in areas with increased fire hazard.
Device and features
- The PIUSI ST EX50 230V ATEX column is equipped with a metal mounting plate for easy installation on any surface.
- The self-priming vane pump operates from a 220 Volt network and is equipped with an explosion-proof cast iron housing that does not allow dust and moisture to pass through.
- The bypass valve in the pump design prevents overpressure by starting fuel circulation within the system when the pistol is closed. In this mode, the equipment can be operated for no more than 3 minutes.
- The kit includes a 4-meter delivery hose with a diameter of 3/4 inch, a manual fuel tap with a swivel coupling to protect the pressure hose from premature wear, a bottom filter with a check valve to prevent large impurities from entering the system.
The suction hose is not included in the package. It can be purchased upon request.
Main parameters and features of operation
The gasoline column can be operated at a temperature of -10 to +40 degrees. It has a cyclic operation mode – after 30 minutes of use, the motor must be switched off until it cools down completely (break – 1 hour).
The power source is a 220 Volt electrical network.
The suction height reaches 5 meters, and the head – 15 m.
