Description
The PIUSI ST EX50 230V + K24 ATEX petrol pump + automatic pistol is a versatile, high-performance unit for dispensing diesel fuel, kerosene, and gasoline at a rate of 50 l/min. This model is equipped with an electronic meter with 1% accuracy for non-commercial accounting of current transactions and calculating the total amount of oil products distributed. An automatic pistol is included in the package for comfortable user operation.
Design and features
All elements of the dispensing unit are assembled on a metal plate, which is fixed to the working surface. The pistol holder provides neat placement of the fuel tap between uses.
The kit includes:
- self-priming vane pump in an explosion-proof housing, with a high degree of protection against dust/moisture (IP55 class);
- electronic flow meter with cumulative and resettable scales, calibration function and high accounting accuracy (99%);
- automatic pistol with swivel connector;
- 4-meter dispensing hose with a diameter of 3/4 inch.
The pump is equipped with a bypass valve, which starts the internal circulation of fuel when the flow is temporarily blocked by the pistol.
The equipment features low noise levels, not exceeding 70 decibels.
The suction hose is not included in the package. It can be ordered separately, taking into account the operating conditions.
Operating features
The petrol pump operates from a 220-volt power source.
The operating cycle duration is limited to 30 minutes. After half an hour of use, the pump must be disconnected from the network to allow the engine to cool down. Following the manufacturer's simple recommendations will ensure reliable operation of the mini-gas station for a long time and the safety of refueling operations.
The fuel dispensing module is designed to operate at temperatures from -10 to +40 degrees, and can be used in open areas.
