Piusi ST Panther 56 Filter + A60+ SH mini refuelling station

The fuel dispensing unit model with a capacity of 52 l/min is equipped with an A60 automatic shut-off dispensing nozzle and a 4 m suction hose.

The mini-fueling station is designed for non-commercial refueling of vehicles and small boats, as well as for pumping and dispensing diesel fuel in fuel and lubricant warehouses.

The Piusi ST Panther 56 Filter + A60+ SH universal station is equipped with a 2-meter power cord, and a 220 V mains socket is required to put it into operation.

Station device

The main components of the fuel dispensing unit are:

• an electric pump consisting of a power engine and a self-priming pump;
• a K33 mechanical flow meter with a capacity of 20 to 120 l/min;
• an A60 automatic nozzle with a swivel connector;
• fuel hoses: a 6-meter pressure hose and a 4 m suction hose.

Technical features

• An electric motor in an aluminum frame with a power of 350 W is equipped with overload protection, which allows its use without mandatory stops to cool the stator winding. It is designed for a maximum current load of 3 A and a rotation speed of 2900 rpm.
• The impeller pump of a rotary type has blades made of acetal resin, which is characterized by sufficient strength and wear resistance in an aggressive environment. The unit does not require forced filling with working fluid, which is its undeniable advantage.
• The K33 mechanical counter is characterized by high measurement accuracy and low hydraulic resistance, which allows its use even when supplying diesel fuel by gravity.
• The swivel connector will facilitate the operator's work and prevent twisting of the pressure hose, which will significantly extend its service life.
