Description
A modification from the series of gear devices with a self-cooling system is developed and manufactured by Piusi, Italy. The electric oil pump is used for transferring viscous oils with a viscosity of up to 2000 cSt. When equipped with a fine filter, it can be used to pump used oils. The unit operates when connected to a 220-volt network, delivering a flow rate of 9 liters per minute while maintaining a working pressure of up to 12 bar.
Package Contents
The model is equipped with a robust cast iron housing treated with an anti-corrosion compound. For convenient fixing on any surface, the housing is provided with a mounting base with fastening holes.
The construction includes:
- Self-priming electric pump. Equipped with a bypass valve that allows viscous liquid to circulate through the system in case of temporary flow blockage by the gun, protecting the equipment from damage.
- The unit is equipped with a device for removing air from the intake line, which reduces noise and vibration during operation, and also extends the service life.
- Single-phase motor with powerful overheating protection thanks to the self-ventilation function. IP 55 protection class prevents dust, dirt or water from entering the equipment.
- Two-position switch.
- 2-meter electric cable.
- 1-inch threaded openings are provided for connection to other components of the dispensing unit. A flange can be used.
ATTENTION! The electric oil pump should be used for liquids with a temperature not lower than -10 and not higher than +60 degrees.
Advantages
- Powerful self-cooling system allows for uninterrupted equipment operation.
- Reliable engine protection.
- Safe design.
- Significant operational reserve.
