The high-performance model is part of the line of self-priming pumps with overheat protection. Viscomat 90 M 220V is an oil transfer pump of the vane type. Designed for transferring liquids up to 500 cSt. Manufactured by the Italian concern Piusi. The equipment is capable of operating without stops during a work shift thanks to a powerful self-cooling system, pumping up to 50 liters of oil per minute.

• The reliable rotor of the vane pump is made of sintered steel and equipped with plastic vanes.
• The modification is connected to other elements of the distribution unit using holes with internal threads (25 mm).
• The powerful electric motor is protected from unwanted damage, as well as from the ingress of dust, dirt and moisture (protection class IP55).
• The design is equipped with a bypass valve, which starts the process of intrasystem circulation of the working medium during a temporary blockage of the flow. The duration of operation in this mode should be limited to 3 minutes.
• The oil transfer pump is equipped with a metal mounting plate, which allows it to be fixed on any surface.

ATTENTION! The model is designed to operate at a liquid temperature of 10 to 60 degrees.
