Riello ignition electrode 470 mm, 3012917

Riello3012917
  1. Burner Parts
  2. Ignition and ionization electrodes

Description

The Riello ignition electrode, art. 3012917 is designed for the reliable operation of the burner's spark ignition system. It connects to a transformer that generates high voltage current. When current is supplied, it produces a high-voltage electrical discharge that ignites the fuel.

Main characteristics and features:

  • electrode composition: conductive metal conductor, protective insulation, connection;
  • rod made of an alloy resistant to high temperature effects and electrochemical corrosion;
  • fixed and movable insulation body, preventing current leakage;
  • insulation material – heat-resistant ceramics with high electrical and mechanical strength;
  • connection to the high-voltage cable using a plug.

Application

The ignition electrode is integrated into the spark ignition unit of the Riello burner.

Advantages:

  • fast, safe ignition by electric spark;
  • reliable electrical and thermal insulation of the conductor;
  • reliable contact with the ignition cable using a plug;
  • easy installation, maintenance and replacement.

Maintenance

For reliable operation of the ignition system, it is necessary to regularly check the integrity of the insulation, remove dust and soot from the electrode, and replace the electrode if necessary.
