  2. Ignition and ionization electrodes

Description

The Riello 275 mm ignition electrode, art: 3013451 is part of the automatic ignition unit of a diesel/combined burner. It connects to the ignition transformer to receive high voltage current and create an igniting spark. Manufactured in accordance with European quality and electrical safety standards.

Device

The ignition electrode consists of:

  • a metal conductor through which high voltage current flows;

  • a fixed Ø10x235 mm ceramic insulation;

  • a Ø6 mm plug for quick and reliable connection to the ignition cable.

Ceramics, functioning as an insulator, ensures the safe flow of high voltage current, eliminating leakage. The alloy from which the conductor is made is characterized by resistance to temperature effects and is not subject to electrochemical corrosion.

Advantages:

  • instant ignition of the combustible mixture with a high-voltage spark;

  • heat-resistant fixed insulation;

  • easy installation, connection to the cable and replacement in case of damage/burnout.

Application

Declared length: 275 mm, actual - 278 mm. The ignition electrode is manufactured for equipping industrial diesel and dual-fuel Riello burners of the RL 300 (400)/B MZ and RLS 300 (400)/BP MX series.
