Description
The Riello MBS 65 DLE gas ramp, art: 3970569 – is a combined device for automatic gas flow control for a single-stage burner. Suitable for systems with a pressure in the main line up to 200 mbar. It serves for smooth ignition, maintaining stable pressure, tight shut-off of the flow, safe and energy-efficient operation of the boiler.
Configuration of the MBS DLE gas ramp
The Riello MBS-65-DLE unit is completed with:
- minimum pressure control relay;
- two quick-closing valves of class A according to EN 161;
- pressure regulator with servo drive;
- replaceable mesh filter with 120 μm openings.
Safety solenoid valves provide shut-off automation functions. They close quickly (<1 sec.), maintaining the tightness of the system. Opening the gas supply is carried out slowly (the time is adjustable), which eliminates the explosive nature of flame propagation. The servoregulator maintains accurate output pressure parameters in accordance with the settings.
Main characteristics and features:
- single-stage control;
- operation with gas family I-III and other neutral gaseous medium;
- gas pressure range in the main line: 15- 200 mbar;
- admissible output pressure parameters: 3-15 mbar;
- opening delay for smooth ignition;
- obtaining an optimal ratio of gas and air for efficient combustion;
- high throughput;
- DC solenoid drive;
- low power consumption;
- sensitive adjustment of output pressure;
- main valve limiter after the regulator;
- connection using threaded flanges, ISO 7/1 standard;
- dust and moisture protection class of the outer shell – IP 54;
- plug-in connection type according to DIN EN 175301-803.
Design and installation
The Riello MBS 65 DLE gas ramp is assembled in a single compact housing made of aluminum casting. Parts and seals are made of steel, brass, aluminum, NBR rubber, resistant to the gas composition and wear. Optionally, a relay, a VPS leak detection unit and other devices can be installed.
The multi-block can be placed in a horizontal, vertical position, excluding the inversion of the magnet. It is recommended to install a main filter for maximum protection of the valves from contamination and to extend the service life of the device as a whole.
Operating conditions
MBS DLE gas ramps can be operated at ambient temperatures of -15...+70°C, with the exception of liquefied gas installations (only > 0 °C). Not suitable for liquid hydrocarbons, as they destroy the seal material.
