The two-stage progressive gas burner Riello RS 130 TC can be used with a single-stage gas ramp or a multi-block. It is installed in medium-power heating systems of various purposes. The burner emits a small amount of nitrogen oxides (Class 1 EN 676), which allows it to be operated in production facilities where there are restrictions on the volume of harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

Features

The two-stage gas burner operates in an intermittent mode (at least 1 stop per 24 hours). The electric motor housing is protected from external influences, dust and moisture according to IP 44 standard.

Centrifugal S-shaped blades are used in the fan design to reduce noise levels. An optional additional soundproof casing can be installed.

The frontal location of the working units allows adjustment without removal from the boiler, which simplifies operation. It is possible to change the geometric parameters of the head taking into account the burner power.

The burner is equipped with a servomotor that regulates the gas supply and controls the air damper. The servomotor provides smooth power adjustment when changing the stage, maintains the necessary gas/air ratio. It is responsible for closing the air damper when the burner is turned off, which helps to conserve heat.

Self-test fault information can be visualized on a personal computer via PC access using a diagnostic kit (disk with specialized software + connection cable, option).
