Description
A single-support coil with a 15 m hose is developed by the European concern Samoa – a famous supplier of systems for pumping lubricants. The equipment is widely used in the chemical industry, at automotive enterprises and other production industries. The technical characteristics of the hose allow it to be used for supplying compressed air and pumping various liquids:
- water;
- motor oil;
- antifreeze.
Device equipment
The coil has a simple and at the same time reliable design, which includes a bobbin, a bracket with a base for mounting and a hose.
The sleeve is made of synthetic NBR rubber and reinforced with a steel braid. Its inner diameter is ½", and the wall thickness is 2.75 mm.
The bobbin is made of composite material and equipped with a reverse tension with a stopper.
The mounting bracket allows you to fix the device in almost any convenient position: on the wall or container in a vertical position, or on the floor, ceiling – in a horizontal position.
All elements are made of corrosion-resistant materials and contribute to a long service life.
Main advantages:
- automatic winding;
- open access for inspecting the sleeve and ratchet mechanism;
- two ball bearings that facilitate the movement of the bobbin.
A distinctive parameter is the optimal hose length – 15 m, which gives the device a wide radius of action.
